Pressure Regulator Seats

A new service step has been added to the service courses for Pressure Regulators and Dialflow Regulators showing how to replace the seat of the pressure regulator.

It may be necessary to replace the piston seat where the regulator has been used regularly or where cylinder valves have been opened rapidly, causing wear or damage to the seat.

Major service centres that have invested in a jig for seat replacements can replace the seat alone. In this case the video in this step should be followed. If a jig is not available for seat replacement, then a piston and seat assembly, supplied as a sub-assembly by BPR Medical, should be used as an alternative.
